I love the look of this oven the stove top burners are excellent it has different ones that put out different heat. The ovens cook a lot hotter than I like so I have to remember to lower heat for cookies cakes etc. so 350 should be more like 310. Ive tried the self cleaning function but the oven hasnt been as clean as I like. The burners on top are looking a little worn out already but I do use my stove a lot. Originally posted on lg.com

We love the appliance. We converted it from gas to propane. Lots of variety with the cooking options and electrical control features. One thing that hasnt gone well is that using spray-on oven cleaner has marred the surface. The interior is a beautiful blue enamel but now not so much. I have had this oven now for about 6 months and I dont know how I lived without it I use both ovens - mostly the top one when cooking for 2 but the bottom oven has convection and is great for baking and cooking larger items. The gas cooktop is expansive. Weve even used the griddle and it works beautifully I highly recommend this oven. We did hear a whistling sound when we first got it when the ovens were one but that was fixed under warranty and we dont hear a thing now Originally posted on lg.com

I installed this a month ago and it works great. The only issue I can complain about is a whistling sound using the oven. Had this for a couple months and love how it works but a dented piece on the bottom oven has YET to be repaired. Contract service company has set multiple dates and not only failed to show but NEVER called to explain ANYTHING. Replacement piece showed up smashed as well. To top it off LG CLOSED the work order without it ever being completed and the contractor expected me to get a new one opened after missing HIS appointment Now the new work order may have been closed as well. I dont know that for sure as the service company DOES NOT provide ANY information. I purchased this range several months ago and I am sorely disappointed with it. Its a beautiful looking stove. However this range has problems with uneven cooking. Ive had two different service calls on this range and the repairmen have each come out and done practically nothing but measure whether the range heats to the selected temperature. DUH?? bought ou first one from Costco. Delivery and set up did not include conversion to Propane which 90 of people in our rural area use. had to do that myself which involves taking apart various portions of the whole unit. After a month the fan would not shut off. LG service was useless - we had to go through Costco. Our second one displays an error message and will not self clean. We called LG and after some time finally were told someone would come to service the unit. That was two weeks ago and so far no one has called. Horrible. Originally posted on lg.com

I purchased this on sale last August. We didnt finish our kitchen until a month ago. The first time I moved the lower oven shelf 2 chunks of the enamel liner came out. Having two separate cooking compartments is not only convenient but saves energy and money. The interior of the ovens is bright and the temperature controls work very well at least compared to my old stove. The convection feature makes fine baking easy. I also love the right front burner which has a very high BTU output a pot of water boils very quickly. The middle griddle feature is also nice. This range has everything. I love the slide in style. The only thing I dont like is that the range requires a trim kit so it doesnt sit flush to my back wall but thats something I can easily adjust to. I bought the Expensive LG smart double oven in 2019. Had a little spill over when baking a pie and now the blue has been removed from that area. Call customer service and was out on hold for 20 mins. We bought this oven about a month ago and we are so happy we did Ive wanted a double oven forever since I bake a lot but never wanted to splurge. But our oven decided to stop working after 20 yrs and it was time. Now I wonder why I waited Ive used both ovens numerous times and after a small learning curve they bake wonderfully If you read reviews of people burning things then they didnt read the instructions or possible dont realize every oven bakes differently so just monitor it the first few times you use it and adjust your baking times if needed. Purchased as part of a suite. I like some features of the oven but there is room for improvement. The style is lovely and the blue interior very easy to keep clean. The top is easily scratched which is very disappointing. The burners seem to work great. The proof is a great feature for bread makers The convection on the bottom oven is not faster and didnt impress me at all. I bought my product from Sears outlet and since its less than a years they send me back to LG ans LG just threw me back th Sears it rediculous I got my stove in April 2020 and started having problem in august 2021 ans now we here in March 2021 and Im with out a working store its a LG to Rosicrucian and they should make sure it get corrected how it ever it need to specifically since I share with them and they can reach out to sear extended warranty at this point Im so sad but Im to the point of my so bad experience that I dont think I would ever buy this LG again and sure wont recommend it Originally posted on lg.com

We bought this stove 2 months ago and love it We use the griddle for pancakes etc.. with silicone spatulacleans up in seconds. The burners are amazing Takes a bit to get accustom too after using what I now realize was a subpar range but a high-end brand. They can get really hot quickly but the simmer is wonderful and precise. The double ovens are so convenient for baking and cooking multiple items at varied heat. The only downside to this range is the weird sound the fan makes when cooling down. It kind of sounds like wind is blowing? Not a deal breakerjust a funny little quirk. Purchased this dual gas oven and really like it. The convection is awesome and have never seen any oven cook more evenly. We really like the smaller upper oven for cooking pizzas etc. We have the slide in version which was quite expensive otherwise I would give it 5 stars if the price was more reasonable. This oven replaced a 20 year old slide in Chateau style double oven with cook top. Though I missed the eye level top oven on the Chateau style the LG Double Oven with cook top can do it all. If you do any sort of cooking where you have multiple dishes going at once this oven is a great choice. Top Oven also has a broiler the bottom larger oven has the additional convection capability for baking evenly. The range top is super versatile as well it has an Ultra Heat burner which is perfect for stir frying another burner specifically for simmering which is perfect for soups and gravy a middle long griddle type burner with cast iron griddle you can drop on or take off which is perfect for breakfast type meals where you are making eggs sausage and hash browns then two additional conventional burners. All the burners are usable at the same time which makes this a great oven for making a wide range of dishes at the same time. I love this oven. Originally posted on lg.com
