The Bosch 800 Series with the hard warter softenter doesn't dissapoint. My old GE Gold dishwasher would leave a white film on my dishes and my new one doesn't at all. The tub is a smaller than my old one but the stainless tub makes up for the old plastic vinyl one. Love it!! Originally posted on Bosch.com

We love how quiet this dishwasher is and how well it cleans. It also looks nice and seems very well built. We really like having that third (top) rack for flat items. We were not happy at all after loading the dishwasher the first day, but then we read up on how to do it and haven't had many issues since. The rows of tines on the bottom are too far apart for smaller items, like small bowls, which is somewhat annoying, but this issue isn't enough to give it less than 5 stars. Why? First, we love how quiet iy runs and second, the dished are so clean at the end of the Ecco cycle; the glasses shine abd the plates and silverware ate squeaky clean! This dishwasher is so quiet that I only know it's running when it discharges water. Plus, the craftsmanship is far superior to any dishwasher I have ever owned. I installed this dishwasher by myself and the leveling is made quite simple with the ingenious front and back leveling all in the front. I will 100% buy another one when the time comes. And I wholeheartedly recommend this dishwasher. The only caution I would give is that this particular dishwasher is smaller to allow it to fit in smaller areas, which is what we needed, but if you have a regular opening I would buy the larger dishwasher. We waited and waited to buy a dishwasher thinking that nothing would fit our counter space. Along came the Bosch 800. It is a wonderful buy! Slightly smaller, but not noticable inside at all. The dishes come out cleaner than if they were hand washed! I really like the silverware drawer. It makes unloading a breeze, I just pick out the silverware in "batches" and drop them into the drawer already stacked. Such a great design. I didn't think I'd use the vase attachment at all, but actually did the second week of owning the washer for a salad dressing bottle. It worked great and kept the bottle perfectly aligned for a clean wash. I can't really think of a single thing for improvement. i think you've thought of it all. Originally posted on Bosch.com

I love the Bosch 800 series dishwasher. This dishwasher is well worth the price. No other brand of dishwasher compares to the quality of Bosch. It is so quiet that the only way I know it is on is by looking at the display, otherwise I have to put my ear up to the dishwasher to hear it. The third rack is an added feature and allows for the removal of the utensil basket to make more room for dishes. The best dishwasher I've ever owned! Our old D.W. never got everything clean from the very first time we installed and ran it. We all ways seemed to wash dishes by hand after it was done. We put this in and have NOT HAD TO WASH A SINGLE DISH BY HAND. With the 3 racks, one of them adjustable in height, makes for one of the best ways to load so MANY DISHES and still get them clean. We are very pleased on the choice we chose with bosch. The features are lavish and the design caught our attention . We read alot about other dishwashers but the reviews for bosch dishwashers was extremely high with positive feedback . The price and warranty were also a key factor upon purchasing a state of the art dishwasher with all features we wanted . This discwasher is so quiet we hardly hear it doing its job to perfection. I read many reviews on many dishwashers before deciding on this one. Some of the reviews complained that dishes didn't dry. Well, if they had read all instructions, there are many settings that would alleviate that issue. I couldn't be happier with the performance and looks of this machine. And, I cannot hear this machine running. It is so quiet. Absolutely love the upper rack for my spatulas, knives, etc. And the stainless steel tub is an added bonus. I have very hard water and was excited that it has a place for dishwasher salt to alleviate that problem. If you are on the fence about this dishwasher, I say go for it. You won't be disappointed. I love the versatility of the racks and the way the tnes are set up on the Lower rack. I am able to get lots of dishes in this rack. I also like the top silverware and utensil tray, I can get lots of silverware on this rack. I can't believe how quiet this dishwasher is you only hear the water running and not much else which was a big improvement from our old Magtag. We had to buy an ada compliant dishwasher in a certain size, so we didn't have a lot of options, but I am very pleased with the one we chose. My only complaints would be that plastic ware does not come out dry, and I thought the price was on the high side. All this being said I would definitely recommend this dishwasher. Never thought a dishwasher could be so quiet and still do an amazing job cleaning dishes. First...why did we pick this particular model? Our countertop height was non-standard at 33 5/8". So, the typical off-the-showroom models did not fit. After speaking with a Bosch customer service rep, she helped find two models that fit (and still had the standard width). Summarily, we picked this one for several reasons, in order of priority: (1) height, (2) on the lower side of decibel rating at 44 dBa, (3) three loading trays where the top is dedicated to silverware and utensils, while the middle tray is adjustable, (4) controls in the front of the door with an integrated handle (as opposed to a separate handle that sticks out). While we, at first, favored the controls to be on the top lid of the door, access to the controls didn't seem practical due to it being hidden below our countertop. I'm certain this isn't a problem for other folks, but such was our preference., (5) complete stainless steel interior as opposed to a hybrid plastic-stainless steel. It was explained to us that the complete steel interior contributed to the lower noise, was easier to clean, and had less wear over time. Made sense., and (6) custom washing features, including half-load wash, eco mode, sanitize, among others. So, does it do a great job washing dishes? Definitely. Otherwise, we would've returned it long ago. Also, it's a Bosch, so, it better. What was surprising was how well it washed/cleaned all the dishes (several at a week old since use) spotless at full load at a near whisper fashion. Why is quiet washing a big deal for us? Our old dishwasher so loud, it could be heard throughout the house. It was time for something better. Summarily, this model was perfect for all our needs: it does a great job at the lowest noise level. Originally posted on Bosch.com
