Broke after a year, right after warranty

So annoyed. Second time having to call out a repair person. Wouldn't you know, started having problems right after the warranty lapsed. No, I don't think I should have to pay for an extended warranty for my product to work. Bosch is supposed to be so great. I could have gotten one from Walmart and I'm sure it would have lasted longer for hundreds less.

Love this microwave. So quiet and easy to use. Beautiful addition to my kitchen. My only complaint is that it is oven the oven and hard for me to reach the inside back to clean. I'm only 5ft 3 inches so others may not have this problem.
